Review:
The nutritional facts for this bread are fantastic. It’s packed with so much good stuff it could be considered a nutrition bar! Almost ten grams of protein and another eight grams of fibre. The consistency is slightly moist and sticky with a nice crisp outer crust. The bread is kind of chewy (in a good way) and the carrots and raisins give it a wonderfully moist consistency and a great flavor. It’s delicious! Extra points for the short list of ingredients and for being one hundred percent organic! This bread can be enjoyed on its own, with a meal or even as a dessert (the slight hint of sweet makes it the perfect healthy treat)! My favorite is to top it with a little bit of peanut butter and sliced banana.

  3. Just bought this bread at the Chelsea Farmer’s Market at “Here” Organic Foods…it is really, really good…though one friend sitting nearby said it smells like a rabbit cage. :)
