Record speed post

Just quick post tonight because I’m feeling kind of sad this evening (I’ll explain later) and I’m tired and just want to go to bed.

Breakfast was the usual…

Lunch too…

And dinner was a nice tomato soup my sister made that had a bunch of mixed vegetables, mushrooms and veggie balls in it. I had four veggie balls in my portion. Sorry the picture is a little gross.

Total calories: 770 kcal (guesstimated because I don’t know how much dinner was)

Exercise:
100 crunches
(Didn’t get in much for exercise today because it literally poured down all day long)
